Business Partnership, a company specialising in selling businesses across the UK, approached me to redesign their website due to usability issues with their existing platform. The previous site was difficult to manage, suffered from poor user experience, and lacked a clear content hierarchy.
The primary objective was to create a user-friendly, scalable website capable of handling high volumes of traffic and complex content. The platform needed to accommodate multiple interconnected elements, including partner profiles, regional offices, and a wide range of business categories, while remaining intuitive and easy to navigate.
The project began with wireframing to establish a clear structure and ensure smooth user journeys across all pages. Following the design phase, the project was handed over to the development team, with continued collaboration through to launch to ensure the final website functioned as intended and met the client’s requirements.
