Client Brief

Ralph Ogg, a Chartered Quantity Surveyors firm with a long and established history, approached me to refresh their brand and digital presence. While the company had built a strong reputation over time, both the branding and website had become outdated and no longer reflected the firm’s expertise or values.

The client’s key objective was to modernise their brand while maintaining a sense of professionalism and trust built through years of experience. During a discovery workshop with Ralph Ogg team, we clarified their business goals, target audience, and user needs to ensure the new direction aligned with both internal and external expectations.

The refreshed brand identity was intended to help Ralph Ogg stand out within a competitive market, presenting the company as reliable, credible, and forward-thinking. Alongside this, the new website (currently in development) was designed to translate the updated brand into a clear, modern digital experience that supports the firm’s future growth.
